Building Maintenance Services is a complete commercial janitorial cleaning company that has been in business since 1975. We provide commercial janitorial cleaning, stripping/waxing/buffing of tile floors and window cleaning services. Building Maintenance Services has been owned and operated by Gail L. & William L. Hahn since 1988.

Building Maintenance Services has both the personnel and equipment to handle any size building. We own a full line of equipment to complete any of the services we provide. We can also provide a complete line of cleaning supplies, paper products, trash can liners and hand soap products to clean and stock your building.

Building Maintenance Services hires its own staff that we complete background checks on and we are completely insured & bonded.

Staff: We have two full time office assistants who would be available to help you with any concerns during the day as well as a manager who could assist you during the day or after hours. We are proud to say the majority of our staff has worked for us for more than 5 years. The average cleaning experience of our management is more than 55 years combined working together as a team in the janitorial business.
